Kevin R. Flynn is Of Counsel with Griffin Fletcher & Herndon LLP. Kevin’s law practice focuses on real estate financing, residential and commercial sale transactions and condominium development. Kevin has been an adjunct professor at the University of Cincinnati, College of Law, for more than thirteen years teaching the real estate transactions course.

Kevin is the Chairman of the Board and President of The Drake Center, Inc. Kevin is also a Board Member for the following organizations: the McAuley High School Development Board, the LaSalle High School Principal’s Advisory Board and Development Board, and the Charter Party of Cincinnati. Kevin is actively involved in many volunteer activities.

Kevin obtained his J.D. from the University of Cincinnati in 1987, Order of the Coif, Delta Theta Phi, and earned a B.A., cum laude, in 1983 from the University of Cincinnati. Kevin is a member of the Cincinnati and Ohio Bar Associations. Kevin is AV Peer Review Rated by Martindale-Hubbell.
