Karen L. Mastruserio focuses her practice on state court litigation and appeals in the areas of contract and real estate disputes, and real estate title matters. Karen is also highly experienced in estate administration and real estate transactions. Prior to joining the firm, Karen was in private practice for twelve years focusing on litigation in the areas of medical and dental malpractice, appellate advocacy, estate administration and general civil litigation.

Karen attended the University of Cincinnati where she earned her J.D. in 1986 and was awarded the Order of Barristers, (High Honors for the Art of Courtroom Advocacy). She earned her B.A. in 1978 from the University of Cincinnati. Karen is a member the Cincinnati and Ohio Bar Associations, the American Bar Association and the American Trial Lawyer Association.
