Harold L. Anness focuses his practice on title issues affecting clients of the firm and its affiliated title company, Lawyers Title of Cincinnati, Inc. As part of his practice, Harold represents developers and lenders in general real estate, mortgage lending and title matters. Prior to joining the firm, Harold was an attorney with the law firms of Lindhorst & Dreidame Co., LPA and Thompson Hine LLP.

Harold also serves as general counsel for, and is a member of the Board of Directors of, Cincinnati Federal Savings and Loan Association.

Harold earned his J.D. from Ohio Northern University in 1978 and a B.S. from Miami University in 1975. He is a member of the Cincinnati and Ohio State Bar Associations, and is the former Chairman and Member of the Hamilton County Regional Planning Commission.
