Andrew D. Graf is a partner of the firm and concentrates his practice on cmmercial real estate. He represents developers, investors and lending institutions in all facets of real estate transactions, including acquisitions, due diligence, land use planning, condominium formation, financing and loan workouts and restructuring. He also assists clients entity formation and documentation. Andy has represented clients with matters involving office, warehouse, retail and residential projects and is also a licensed title insurance agent in the State of Ohio, handling commercial title matters for the firm.

Andy received a Bachelor of Arts degree, summa cum laude, in Philosophy from the University of Dayton in 1994 and his J.D. from Vanderbilt University in 1997. He is a member of the Cincinnati and Ohio Bar Associations, the National Association of Industrial and Office Properties, the International Council of Shopping Centersand the University of Cincinnati Real Estate Round Table.
