Brian W. Wais is an associate with the firm and concentrates his practice on commercial and residential real estate including acquisitions, sales, financing and leasing, with a focus on title matters as well. Prior to joining the firm, Brian clerked for Manley Burke, LPA, in Cincinnati, Ohio and with Bertelsman, Kaufmann, Seidenfaden & Kolentse, in Ft. Thomas, Kentucky.

Brian received a B.A. degree, magna cum laude, from Xavier University in 2004 and his J.D. from the University of Louisville Brandeis School of Law in 2007. In law school, he served as both a Member and a Notes Editor of the University of Louisville Law Review and published an article on jury selection. Brian is licensed to practice law in both Ohio and Kentucky. He is a member of the Cincinnati, Ohio and Kentucky Bar Associations, the National Association of Industrial and Office Properties, and the International Council of Shopping Centers.
