Amy Ashton Shaw is an associate with the firm and represents clients in connection with all phases of real estate acquisitions and sales, including due diligence, financing, and closing. Amy also focuses her practice on construction , development, entity formation, general corporate matters, and leasing.
Prior to joining the firm, Amy was an associate at Taft Stettinius & Hollister LLP, assistant general counsel at Tropicana Casinos and Resorts, Inc., and associate general counsel at Givaudan Flavors Corporation.
Amy received her J.D. from the University of Virginia in 2000 where she was a member of the senior editorial board of the Virginia Journal of International Law and her B.A., magna cum laude, and with University Honors, from Miami University in 1993. Amy serves on the board of the Friends of the William Howard Taft Birthplace and is an adjunct instructor of business law at Cincinnati State Technical and Community College, where she also serves on the advisory board for the paralegal program. |
