Kevin R. Flynn
Kevin Flynn is Of Counsel with Griffin Fletcher & Herndon LLP. Kevin’s law practice focuses on real estate financing, residential and commercial transactions and development. Kevin has been an adjunct professor at the University of Cincinnati, College of Law, for 23 years teaching a course in Real Estate Transactions.
Kevin is a member of the City of Cincinnati City Council, chairing the Rules and Audit Committee, Co-Chair of the Law & Public Safety Committee, and serving as a member of the Budget & Finance, Major Transportation & Regional Cooperation, and Neighborhoods Committees. Kevin is past Chairman of the Board and President of The Drake Center, Inc. and a past Board Member for the following organizations: the McAuley High School Development Board, the LaSalle High School Principal’s Advisory Board and Development Board, and the Charter Party of Cincinnati.
Kevin obtained his J.D. from the University of Cincinnati in 1987, Order of the Coif, Delta Theta Phi, and earned a B.A., cum laude, from the University of Cincinnati in 1983. He is a member of the Cincinnati and Ohio Bar Associations, and is AV Peer Review Rated by Martindale-Hubbell.
